At RLC, we seek to make disciples who Worship, Grow, Serve, and Steward. But what does this mean?  Our ministries "live" in one of these four main areas.  Each area is supported by a Ministry Area Leadership Team, or MALT for short, made up by two Council members and two or three staff members. Each ministry within these areas are also supported by many volunteers.  

It is our hope that every member will find a place to serve that fits the gifts God has given them, so that they may use their skills and abilities and passions to further God's kingdom here in our neighborhood, our community and our world.
